How do you measure what AI automation delivers in a hotel?

. Written by Martin Veltman.

Short answer

By looking at the same figures before and after. The review gives the baseline per process, and delivery comes with a dashboard that shows per day what each system handles and what it returns. If something does not work as intended, you see that just as clearly.

The baseline first

Without a figure beforehand, every figure afterwards is an opinion. So every project starts with a review: where time leaks away, which tasks return every day and what they cost.

That overview goes per process, with amounts you can check yourself. It is the measure we work against later, and it exists before anything is built.

Then the dashboard

Delivery comes with a dashboard. You see per day what each system handles and what it returns, in the same figures we started with at the review.

That is deliberately not a separate report that arrives once a quarter. Someone who can look for themselves does not have to believe anyone.

What happens when something does not work

You see it in the same dashboard. What does not work we adjust, instead of hiding it behind a pleasant word.

For us a system is finished when your team trusts it. A figure pointing the wrong way is therefore not a problem for later, it is the work of today.

About the figures on this site

Every number you see here is indicative, and it says so. For your house we recalculate it during the review.

What you hold at the end is an overview with figures per process, the systems themselves, the dashboard, documentation per system and one point of contact.

Tell us how your house runs and in half an hour you will know whether this suits your house.
