The systems themselves. He has been automating administration, planning and mail handling for Dutch companies for years, and since hosp. he does that for hospitality.
He designs the automation and keeps the technology out of sight, so a team notices nothing of it except the calm.
How he works
You work directly with the builder, not with an account manager. What your house needs is built, it is not picked from a package.
The team also stays involved after launch. At hosp. a system is finished when the team of the house trusts it.
What he writes here
The pieces in the guide and the answers to the questions hoteliers ask come from him. Every piece carries his name and the day it was written.
